What's a girl to do when her man and kids are all gone for the night? A healthy one dish dinner and add chopsticks for flair! The pajamas and eating on the back porch are a nice touch too! Here's the super easy recipe in case you want to try it!
Healthy Brown Rice and Veggie Stirfry
1-2 cups cut up fresh organic vegies (just go through your fridge and use what you have)
1 cup cooked brown rice
1-2 Tablespoons Olive Oil or Coconut oil
Tamari
Stir fry the vegies in the oil until barely cooked. Add the brown rice and heat through. Add Tamari to taste and your done!
Put on your jammies and enjoy it on the back porch watching the sunset!
