|Open Face Grilled Cheese, Avocado and Tomato Sandwich|
So here is the very simple recipe to make this delicious sandwich!
OPEN FACE GRILLED CHEESE, AVOCADO AND TOMATO SANDWICH
Toast bread of choice, I use sprouted whole grain bread
Cover with slices of your favorite cheese, I use raw milk cheese
Melt the cheese under the broiler, watch close!
Add slices of avocado and tomato (from the garden) and sprinkle on your favorite sprouts.
Voila! There you have it! Enjoy!
I also paired this with a lovely Potato Leek Soup. Perfect!

Eating from the Garden
We have made very many yummy meals from the garden so far this summer. I love being able to walk out and pick my lunch or dinner. We came up with this really tasty concoction a few days ago and I have had it three times since. I thought I would share it with you in case you would like to try it. You may not have thought about putting these flavors all together.
