Raw Alfredo Sauce....this is AMazING
I went to a raw foods potluck dinner at Sarah Katoa's tonight! So fun and I got to meet some really fun and amazing people. I hadn't a clue what to bring to share but it just so happened that I had some zucchini and marinaded mushrooms in my fridge along with some fresh basil and so I decided on a raw pasta dish. I have made this dish before and thought it was amazingly delicious. However, I was not prepared for the lovely compliments that just kept coming at the party! They LOVED it! I know that you will too! Whether you are all raw, vegetarian or just dabbling between the two, this is a great sauce to have in your back pocket. It mixes up in under 10 minutes flat and it will keep in the fridge for about a week, maybe a smidge longer. Try it soon and ENjoy!
