I just had to mention one more really fun event that happened at Christmas at my house. Kevin McGrath was there with his lovely fiance Melanie and he wanted to make us a traditional mexican soup called Posole. I think he was actually expecting a little more help from Margaret and Melanie but we all had a tea party to attend, so he got left on his own with only Brad as a resource. When we came home we found a pot of simmering yummy Posole. It was really good and I loved all the toppings you add just before you eat it. I will let the pictures speak! Ole!
